"7 for 7" Guided Meditation Challenge
Join our 7-for-7 Guided Meditation Challenge and train your brain 7 minutes at a time for 7 weeks! We pride ourselves on teaching meditation in a down-to-earth manner accessible to all, so no worries if you have zero experience or even if you've struggled meditating in the past.
We'll begin our journey together on Sunday, January 9th with an introduction to the practice of meditation and build from there, introducing new techniques and strategies each week. In addition to our weekly sessions - which will be recorded for those who cannot attend live via Zoom Webinar - we'll also share guided meditations for you to use each week at home, and provide email support, should any questions arise along the way._______

Jordan Lally
Jordan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University; Advanced Certification in Mindfulness & Sleep-Based Meditation from the Amrit Yoga Institute; and Breathing Coach Certification from Yoga Teachers College. Jordan is Mental Health First Aid Certified.
Tara DeCapite
Tara earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from James Madison University; Master's degree in School Counseling from Loyola College; and is a Certified Meditation Instructor through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals.
Donald Fritzges
Donald earned his certification in Meditation through the Centre for Excellence and is a certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor, as well as Mental Health First Aid Certified.
