"7 for 7" Guided Meditation Challenge

Join our 7-for-7 Guided Meditation Challenge and train your brain 7 minutes at a time for 7 weeks! We pride ourselves on teaching meditation in a down-to-earth manner accessible to all, so no worries if you have zero experience or even if you've struggled meditating in the past.

We'll begin our journey together on Sunday, January 9th with an introduction to the practice of meditation and build from there, introducing new techniques and strategies each week. In addition to our weekly sessions - which will be recorded for those who cannot attend live via Zoom Webinar - we'll also share guided meditations for you to use each week at home, and provide email support, should any questions arise along the way.
