Begin your proactive mental health journey with our “Intro to Mindful Mental Health” workshop led by meditation teacher & mental health advocate Jordan Lally. The session will include introductory practices of meditation, mindfulness and self-expression, as well as strategies to implement a mindful mental health approach into your daily life. This workshop is taught in a down-to-earth manner, accessible to all regardless of experience or background.
