Mindfulness for Moms
4 week session via Zoom (week 4)

Moms of all ages & stages are invited to participate in four meaningful sessions learning strategies to reduce stress and worry. We will practiceself-compassion, guided meditations, relaxation techniques, and deep breathing exercises. We will explore challenges that prevent us being fully present in our busy lives.
Package includes four 40-minute interactive sessions, four additional mindful meditations to practice in between sessions, an optional Facebook Group to cultivate connection & accountability, and a journal to help keep track of progress.
