Moms of all ages are invited to devote one hour to self-care. We will explore the practice of mindfulness in a down to earth and accessible manner. No experience is necessary - come as you are - joyful, depressed, anxious, or at ease. The class will begin at 8PM EST

Mindfulness for Moms ~ A special focus on breathing strategies. ALL are welcome! 

Moms of all ages are invited to devote an hour to self care.  We will explore the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion through guided meditations, relaxation techniques, deep breathing exercises, journaling, and honest conversations. We will examine challenges that prevent us being fully present in our busy lives. No experience or props are necessary and all are welcome! Classes will be taught in a down to earth and accessible manner. Come as you are with an open heart.
