MMH Support Groups
We offer a variety of Mindful Mental Health (MMH) support groups that embody our foundation's proactive approach to mental health. Each peer-to-peer support group meeting allows its members the opportunity to participate in group dialogue and/or to learn and practice coping skills and healing strategies like mindfulness and breathwork.
Men’s Mindful Mental Health Group
Inspired by the mental health journey that Big Infinite members Jordan, D.J. and Andre underwent following the passing of Jordan's father Ed to clinical depression and suicide, the Ed Lally Foundation's Men's Mindful Mental Health Group welcomes men from all walks of life to join in an hour of honest conversation and mindful mental health practice. Each monthly meeting includes a group discussion and down-to-earth, accessible mindfulness exercise or breathing technique. This support group is offered free to the community. For more information, please contact us.
Suicide Loss Support Group
The Ed Lally Foundation's Suicide Loss Support Group is open to all who have experienced a loss to suicide. Group meetings are held in-person in Bel Air, MD. Mindful Tai Chi for Seniors Group
Seniors are invited to join us for weekly 45 minute sessions of Tai Chi practice. Tai Chi is an internal martial art that is also known as moving meditation. Each week we practice the slow meditative movements with emphasis on mind-body awareness. The sessions are free and suitable for all levels and abilities. For more info, please contact us.
Weekly Meditation Group w/ Jordan Lally
Our weekly meditation group, sponsored by Bodhi Counseling, embodies the Ed Lally Foundation's proactive approach to mental health through self-awareness & self-expression. Each weekly session provides insights, accountability and resources to support a regular meditation practice and a mindful approach to mental health. Group meetings include a guided meditation practice, as well as honest conversations surrounding mental health. The day following each group meeting, members receive a guided meditation in their email inbox to support their mindful mental health journey. This meditation group is paid opportunity. Registration is held on a monthly basis at $60/mo (includes weekly sessions, guided meditations and on-going email support). To register or for more information, contact us.
