3rd Annual Mens Group Retreat
We had a great time at the 3rd Annual ELF "Men’s Group Retreat" at Rock Ridge Shelter at Rocks State Park. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with one another, experience introductory mindful mental health practices like meditation and breath work and enjoy some good food!

Thank you for joining us for "One Song," a benefit concert by the Big Infinite to support the Ed Lally Foundation's mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. This special evening featured heartfelt music and personal stories, fostering connection and well-being among attendees. People came together to celebrate unity and healing through the power of music.
